Apparently some of you think I'm a big slacker for never posting new things. :) Perhaps that's so. It may also have to do with school craziness. In the interest of keeping everyone informed, MY MISSION PAPERS ARE IN!!! Oh yeah, and it's finals week, so don't be disappointed by this brief message. I have 4 finals finished and have 3 more to go. Half an hour ago, I was giving my friend a shot of "lovenox" aka normal saline for a final pass off in one of my labs. Oh, and it was awesome, because I remembered everything and didn't fail (or die...good thing my blood pressure's under control).
Isn't it Pogo's birthday today? He sure was a good dog. I bet he's sleeping right now.
P.S. I did't use this type of injecting device, just a regular TB syringe.

Yea! A new post from Sue. Wow, it sounds like you've been busy. I'm glad you didn't use that kind of syringe for your practical--that kind of syringe scares me. Pogo's birthday is next month--May 24. Glad to hear from you! Glad you remembered everything on your lab final. And I'm excited about your mission papers!
Are you old enough to be giving shots and going on a mission and stuff? Cuz that makes me feel even older. But I think you're awesome even if you do make me feel like a grandma. Love you Sue--good luck with all your finals and getting a good mission call, like to the CT Hartford mission.
YOUR MISSION PAPERS ARE IN?!?! Even before you have finished with your finals? Are you trying really hard to catch up with John, or what? I hope the rest of your finals go well, and that you don't hurt anyone with that huge nasty needle. Maybe you'll go someplace foreign, so you'll have to give yourself some big mamma shots like that. Mexico, sound ok?
Remember when I did a magic show for your 11th birthday party? Are you sure that church will let people that young go on a mission. I know, I know the song..."I want to be a missionary now, I don't have to wait until I'm grown..." Anyway, I know that you will be one the best missionaries ever. Also, I bet your classmate will never use the cliche again, "I sure could use a shot in the arm this morning." (At least I think that's a cliche) Congratulations!
Toby
SEVEN finals!? No wonder you got your mission papers in so quickly. Sounds like you need a vacation!!
Good luck on the rest of your finals. And don't forget to stop by Iowa City on your way home.
Since AnneMarie is not going to China, maybe you can go there. Good luck with finals.
Oops. It really isn't May, yet. For some reason, I was looking forward to then with such great anticipation that I made it so to myself. Good thing you guys are around to catch me on my abnormal thought processes. (I was wondering how Dad's bday had snuck up so quickly)
